I’ve been teaching health, wellness and fitness classes since 1986, and have taught exercise classes at the Concrete Theatre since 2009. My current classes include weight training, Zumba, cross-training, PiYo, cardio dance, HIIT, and Tabata training. These are small-group classes, designed to be as personalized as possible. Typical class size is 5-10 women. Anyone can join any of our workouts, as long as you’re aware of your goals and limitations and comfortable making choices about what works and does not work for your fitness level.
