NiTE Theatre presents “A Christmas Carol: A Live Radio Play,” the beloved Charles Dickens tale reimagined as a 1940s live radio broadcast. A small ensemble of performers will bring dozens of characters to life while an audio engineer creates all the sounds of Victorian London in real time, from clinking chains to swirling winter winds.

Audiences watch the “studio” at work as Scrooge is visited by the spirits of Christmas Past, Present, and Future and discovers the true meaning of the holiday in a warm, nostalgic evening of storytelling.

“A Christmas Carol: A Live Radio Play” by Anthony E. Palermo, is adapted for radio from the 1843 novella. Copyright (c) 1998-2004 Anthony E. Palermo, ALL RIGHTS RESERVED.
